NATHANIEL TJAHJONO
OVERVIEW
Third-year Ph.D. Student Nathaniel Tjahjono works in Dr. Schmidtke’s Lab. His research focuses primarily on the Cornea involving microfluidics, protein patterning, and cell biology. Nathaniel received his B.S. in Biomedical Engineering at UT Dallas in spring of 2022. He received the Academic Excellence Scholarship and an Undergraduate Research Scholar Award. While getting his undergraduate degree Nathaniel was on the Dean’s list in 2018, 2020, and 2021.
