Ghazal Rastegar
OVERVIEW
Ghazal Rastegar is a second-year PhD student who conducts research in The Image Guided Drug Delivery Lab under the guidance of Dr. Shashank Sirsi. Her work is centered on creating oxygen-sensitive drug delivery carriers, specifically hemoglobin microbubbles. Prior to enrolling in the UTD program, Ghazal earned her undergraduate degree from Sharif University.
