OVERVIEW

First-year Masters’s student Ambuj Dwivedi is currently studying and exploring biomaterials, genetics, and cell biology research topics. Prior to joining UT Dallas, Ambuj completed his undergraduate training in Bioengineering in Electronics Instrumentation and Control Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, located in Patiala, Punjab, India (2021). He has completed a research internship in The Institute of Nuclear Medicine and Allied Sciences (INMAS), DRDO, where he worked on biomedical and clinical research with reference to radiation, neurocognitive imaging, and CBRN research. Most recently, Ambuj worked on assessing neuro-cognition by developing a new algorithm and improving the neuro-cognition using technologies such as AR/VR and capturing the ECGs of a patient using an electronic circuit and decoding. Ambuj currently serves as an ambassador for the Department of Bioengineering, where he is excited to meet prospective students.
