Biomechanics
Research in this area uses the principles of mechanics to explore biological problems. Research includes cellular and dental biomechanics, cardiovascular and respiratory biomechanics, functional tissue engineering, orthopedic and rehabilitation biomechanics, prosthetics and orthotics.
