Bioengineering First Year Student Welcome Series

Join us for virtual events throughout the summer to get to know the Department of Bioengineering, the campus and the many resources available to make your transition to UT Dallas as smooth as possible. The first event on June 24 will feature visits from the dean, department head, faculty, key staff members and more. The next event on July 22 will introduce your academic advisors followed by two panels about how to succeed in the first year and set yourself up for success throughout your college experience. Our final event on August 19 is especially for our first-generation, transfer, and international students or anyone who is looking for some guidance on how to navigate the next several years of your life independent from your normal support network.

These events are optional and do not take the place of any orientations. Each will be recorded, and we will send links to the videos to all incoming students.

You can join the first meeting here. We look forward to meeting you at the first event on June 24!
